Architectural Design Services are the core of our design practice. All other design services, such as Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Garden Design, Consulting, and Construction Administration Services we offer, are intimately connected to it or are an extension of it.

In this first phase of design and construction, the feasibility study, placement of the house on the property, master plan, floor plan layout, volume of the house, and style of the house are designed and shaped. 

We start with the preparation of preliminary design sketches. Eventually, the volume will be shaped, ensuring it fits beautifully on the site and is aligned with all the governing criteria while responding to our client’s wishes.

After approval of the schematic design, we begin the design development phase, and eventually the construction document phase, which includes bidding, selection of CM, and the construction administration phase.

From the start, we design the layout of the house and where to place it on the property. We design how the house and gardens are connected and we will maximize the view and the movement from the house to the garden and vice versa.

In our Architectural Service practice, how the design of the house is developed, and how floor plans are created is based on two distinguished criteria.

1. Governing Conditions such as land, neighborhood, zoning, program, client’s wishes, construction budgets, etc.
2. Creativity of the design, intelligent and intentional design, aesthetic achievement, connection to nature, functionality, and practicality.

Design excellence can only be achieved when these criteria are fulfilled. We combine both categories of criteria in all our home designs.
