Most of our projects are built by and under the supervision of a construction manager. We always leave the execution of the rough construction and the framing of the home’s infrastructure in the expert hands of the construction manager hired for the project. However, we will visit the job site frequently and are always available for any questions.

When it comes to the execution of the interior and exterior finishing work, our involvement increases. We continuously dialogue with the construction manager, tradesmen, and craftsmen and visit the site more often.

As we remain fully involved during project construction, our comprehensive construction administration services are being performed in our office (not on-site) and cover the following:

1. Selection of contractor or construction manager.
2. Review of trade contracts.
3. Involvement in bidding and negotiation with trades.
4. Involvement in the selection of finishing trades and materials.
5. Periodic site visits during the entire construction of the house.
6. Pricing and ordering of all finishes such as windows & doors, kitchen, bathroom fixtures & faucets, stone & tile, millwork and cabinetry, incl. hardware.

Our involvement during construction will ensure the design intentions, be it architectural or interior detailing, will be precisely implemented. We will be present for all the important decisions impacting on the design and outcome. When our projects are finished, the outcome is exactly what we had designed, and what our client initially desired.
