We begin by designing the floor plan layout from the very start of an interior design project.  Using our expertise, our design team knows how to furnish each room in the house. We provide a furniture plan during the schematic design process to establish the optimal use of the space, the circulation, and the path and flow of movement. The furniture plan is also the base for our Lighting Design. We also provide the selection service for the furniture for the garden and outdoor living spaces.

If the Interior Design Services are included at the start of our contract, then we start early on with the selection of all the furniture, wall finishes, decorative lighting, area rugs, and window treatments, so that all the work will be completed and delivered before you move in.

Furthermore, we have accounts with over 50 different furniture, fabric, and lighting manufacturers, for which we keep our resource library updated, including memo samples. As a result, we can freely choose the appropriate fabrics for upholstery or drapery, depending on style and budget.
